Please do not accept the courier if the seal is broken or the bottle/ container is leaking.

 

Return is not possible on our products.

 

Refund is only possible if the product is received by the customer in damaged condition and the representative of the courier company has accepted that the product has leaked or being delivered in damaged condition only.

 

Please send an email to confirm the return and the reason before sending back if required along with the signed and acknowledged receipt of the courier company and the product photo if required.

 

The company shall give you the name of the courier whom you have to handover the return goods. The charges paid to the courier company if required shall also be credited to the customer in the same account from where the payment was made.

 

Refund shall be generated on the same platform from where the payment was initiated after the goods are received back in proper and good condition.

 

Cancellation of order is only permitted before the despatch of order only. After the despatch no cancellation is accepted.

 

Normally the product is shipped within 2 working days and  takes 6-7 working days to reach the customer.
